There is a sickening, gut-wrenching feel to this city. It's rising up to nearly 30% unemployment, when adding the amount of people who have past their U.I. extensions, and are reduced to limited Income. These Nomadic Stocktonians are lucky to bring in $50 in a month. Imagine what that would do to a full family. It's true times are tough. However, if your life seems tough, come to Stockton and find a place to sit.
